In January, Mike Watkins and I gave up on Quote.com and QCharts due to the well-documented problems they are having. We switched to eSignal, which has timely and accurate data. The eSignal 6.0 interface did not have programming ability, and because we use TradeStation 2000i, we were limited in the number of symbols that we can follow, due to the fact that we have to collect and maintain data on our own computers. We tried TradeStationPro but it did not provide a satisfactory solution either, so we set out in search of a charting program that fit the bill. MetaStock did not do the job either as it does not seem to plot time frames larger than a 60-minute chart on an intraday basis. So far, we are very happy with Ensign. |
