Can't it just be profit taking by insiders. The stock is up quite a bit this year and no one knows where the market is headed.

Who wants to make the same mistake as internet insiders. That is a lesson everyone has learned. It is best to sell often and diversify, especially for those with most of their net worth in one stock.

IMHO, Dell is doing fine and benefitting from the weak semiconductor business--lower component costs.
