Sales and Development Experts Help InfoCast Address High Demand

CHICAGO, April 24 /PRNewswire/ -- InfoCast Corporation, (OTC Bulletin Bulletin: IFCC) a provider of leading-edge call center technology, announced today the engagement of three top-level executives that have together successfully built a number of software companies through high impact sales, product management, and distribution programs. These additions to the management team position InfoCast to take advantage of the significant market opportunity in the United States for call center and e-Learning solutions.
The team includes Drew VanVooren who will assume responsibility for US Sales and Strategic Channel Distribution of InfoCast products and services, Richard Hawkinson who will serve as the Chief Technology Officer and assume responsibility for all product management, development and technical services, and Malcolm Lotzof who will be responsible for business development.

The new management team brings over 12 years of experience in the successful building of companies and software billing and integration products. Together they have achieved large returns to founders, employees, and investors for numerous other companies.

Previously, the team built Proamics Corporation into a leading application provider of Professional Service Automation applications. Proamics was sold to the Niku Corporation in December of 1999. Prior to Proamics, the founders started Lotzof & Associates, a financial application development and consulting company, and Cost Management Systems, a healthcare software development company. Both companies were sold to Platinum Software in 1995. The team has the skills to build and deliver commercially-ready application products, implement development and product methodologies, and build product distribution channels through strategic relationships.

Mr. Lotzof is an Entrepreneur who thrives on turning business concepts into reality through the creation of software companies. These concepts are based on using technology to help solve business issues. Mr. Lotzof served as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Proamics Corporation and Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Lotzof & Associates. Prior to co-founding these companies, Mr. Lotzof worked for IBM, and has also spent time in public accounting. He is a chartered accountant and holds Bachelor degrees in Accounting and Commerce from the University of the Witwatersrand, in Johannesburg, South Africa.

Mr. VanVooren offers extraordinary strategic sales and partner relationship building skills. He served as Executive Vice President of Sales for the Proamics Corporation, and was Vice President of the Cost Management Software Division at Platinum Software Corporation. He was Vice President of Sales and Marketing at Lotzof & Associates and was Vice President of Sales of the Niakwa Corporation.

Mr. Hawkinson offers expertise in the transformation of market requirements and opportunities into high valued software solutions. He served as Executive Vice President of Development for Proamics Corporation, was Vice President of eNiku Development, and he was Director of Financial Applications Development at Platinum Software Corporation. He also served as Vice President of Consulting and Product Management at Lotzof & Associates and was Vice President of Development at the Niakwa Corporation. He received his Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing and Economics from Northern Illinois University.
