And I would point out that we a) don't know that she did that, and b) if she did, why.

(For example, if you had a limited supply of pain medications, would you ration them to the most severly suffering?) But I don't know yet know the facts, so withhold judgment.

So far, all I know is that most of the world revered her and Hitchins didn't.

That's all we have to go on so far.
