Mike Daly called me yesterday about the restricted stock,

...He mentioned the meeting so I told him about the proxy, which he is having sent.

But, if I heard him right, he said the meeting was the 20th....at 5PM on the 20th I have to catch a flight for Florida. If it's the 27th I can make it, I guess.

Hagen knows I was not shorting...at least he knows now, anyway. I suggested to him in December that he ask holders to take possession. At the time he thought it was impractical. Anyway, it's a bit frustrating for me because I started to take possession in January....then put in back in the accounts about 3 or 4 days before he called and asked me to take possession. So Dave had me on a yo-yo for awhile. I still have quite a bit in the float, but it should come out soon.
