CPST runs at a total cost of about ~7.4 cents/kWh for the 30KW unit (falling to 5.4 by 2003) and ~6.0 cents/kWh for the 60KW unit (falling to 4.8 by 2003). This is on the very low end for what utilities charge in the U.S (espicially in CA, and soon in NY and parts of IL & GA).

Also particle emissions run about the same as fuel cells on sweet natural gas (as opposed to sour gas). Fuel cells cost more and really no longer have a competitive advantage unless you look at the super hot ones that are very large, and thus project specific (which means a small potential market). JUST SAY NO TO FUEL CELLS.
