Another affiliate? ... could be eh ... it's a cheap and effective way to start a station ... three years sounds logical for expected harvest, it would take them maybe a year for them to get their root and leaf systems extended enough to take advantage of the space ... benefits do show up in growth right away, but it takes time to add enough wood to get full benefit .... from 800k net to 2m gross in three years, that's in the ballpark, you have to consider various costs and risks in the meantime, then logging costs etc ... not a simple story, and the final decisions are more art than science.
