I spoke with Dell today regarding the statement, "...Dell is perplexed by Intel's recent bullish comments. Dell hasn't seen anything that would support Intel's thesis," and received the following comment (paraphrased): Dell did not afford Prudential forward guidance relative to Intel's statements. No comments were given relative to Intel's guidance and our own situation. Any characterization by Alexy that "Dell is perplexed" would represent Alexy's own interpretation. I'm perplexed that Alexy would insinuate "perplexed" if Dell did not imply that meaning.
