You're right that E is withholding her sources. Why, I don't know. Doesn't take much energy to post sources. But I'm not going to agree up front to believe those sources without investigation, a position much strengthened by the post I just put up. The people who want to tear down MT have very definite agendas. As she did. I'm not going to blindly accept their agendas or condemn a dead person who can't defend her honor on the basis of biased "reporting" or unsupported anecdote. Nor am I going to condemn a person for a few errors of judgment if that's what they amount to -- after all, this is a LWP thread and if we are going to condemn MT on such grounds, we have to unite in horror against Bill Clinton, whose ratio of moral errors to political accomplishments is relatively high compared to almost any other president. Let's not have one standard for heros of the left and another for heros of the right. The right wing may play that game, but we can have more integrity than that.
