J.B: The NAZ is immune to rate cuts for 4 reasons: a: Capital spending slow down which is beyond rate cut stimulation. b: Disposal of Inventory build up. c: Due to declining market , price wars are foreseen causing a further squeeze on margins. d: Current Technology revisions are not a compelling necessity in terms of return for investment .
