VOD is not the VZ parent but a 49% partner. Wireless experts. They are said to either be about to buy VZ wireless for a premium or manage its big IPO this year. VZ CEo said wireless IPO will go out when market conditions improve. SO maybe sooner than we think. Would be the biggest IPO of the year and raise them at least 5 billion cash which makes them debt-lite again. very well-managed merger and company becoming dominant in all the different communications areas. At PE 12 it's hard to criticize.
