that is a very tough question since current positions would appear to defy logic........at the end of this game, over one year and then they can combine offerings as i understand it, i would think you would get exactly that what you have in terms of worth but in the name of the surviving stock.....i would think the company would use the "market value" set by shareholders and free trade to determine what the amount is that one gets.......i guess the market does not value these additional voting rights to much since the stock is trading for less......i am no expert, obviously, and this is only my opinion.....i hope i am wrong since i hold mcdta.......good luck rich
