25 basis points
Cut came late in the day. Nasdaq closed at its high at 1611. The next day, the Nasdaq gapped up, and 1611 has NOT been seen since that day. At its all-time high of 5133, the Nasdaq gained 219% after that rate cut.

January 3, 2001
50 basis points
Cut came at 2292 on the Nasdaq. Rallied 15.4% before pulling back to 2300 (but that didn't go below the 2292 level). Rallied 26.18% (to 2892) before the Nasdaq fell below 2292.

April 18, 2001
50 basis points
Cut came at 2025 on the Nasdaq. Rallied 8.79% (to 2203) before the Nasdaq fell below 2025 today.
