VCNT Vicinity Corp is the best below cash play out there under 50% of net-cash value with $100 mill in cash on the books. try as you may, N,but you won't find any below cash stocks that have positive operating earnings. VCNT is a great buy here considering they may likely buyback millions of shares soon
