RB, I'm confused, If Vic was able to see this unknown person at lunch, and is told things and able to listen to other stuff, why can't he say
it in plane english. why is everything always left up to the imagination
of what it might mean. If Vic was privy to some information and he is able to act on it, but not aloud to tell anyone, isn't that inside information.
