The point of all this was, in their report, Qwest stated they were going to cut capex spending again to 9.2B or something like that by seeking pricing advantages. It was stated last week by CIBC that they expected to see revenues from Qwest in a quarter early. So . . . . today Qwest states that they're cutting capex and people connect the dots . . . . . I don't know, just wondered if that had something to do with the weakness.
