So, how about INTC?

Orders are way down, but so are inventories
Could see a real semi shortage 9 mos out

Just off its 52 week low and p/e of 25
Reminds me of where MSFT was 2 1/2 weeks ago

To be sure it's no MSFT
No where near Softee's muscular balance sheet
Not likely to ramp like CIEN, BRCD, JNPR or even AMCC
But nowhere near the downside

I'm not scared
(hell, I've lost 70% of net worth since 2/00 ((riding JDSU from 120 to 36)) so may as well lose the rest)
just trying to be logical
if not practical

Could this be a safe parking place?
