I just ran ACTC on Telechart2000. The Balance of Power, which is an indicator reflecting systematic buying (accumulation) or selling (distribution) has gone off the charts in the direction of STRONG BUYING over the last week. A good sign and a possible indication of further advancement. As of 10:20 this morning there has been consistant buying at the 3 13/16 ask, look for that bid x ask to move north. Best of luck.
