Small "junk" I am noticing after fidning the lease for the Findly Nevada DC. Note, the lease payments are not fixed. They escalate so as time progresses, the DCS leases are going to really add up assuming they all escalate: <PAGE> 16 ADDENDUM TO LEASE BY AND BETWEEN PANATTONI DEVELOPMENT COMPANY OR ASSIGNEE, "LANDLORD" AND AMAZON.COM, INC. "TENANT" Base Rent The Base Rent on a "Triple Net - NNN" basis is shown below. In addition to Base Rent, Tenant shall be responsible for the Other Periodic Payments as set forth in Section 1.12(b) of the Lease. Months 1 - 30: $114,745 per month Months 31 - 60: $120,483 per month Months 61 - 90: $126,507 per month Months 91 - 120: $132,833 per month
