Market's not drifting lower. Maybe a few sectors will drift that way but telcos are about to explode, oil and energy are exploding, computer hardware is okay, software is okay, tech dogs will out-perform and even the semis aren't going to go down that much. Shorts will have very few opportunities beteen now and the next rate cut. The market as a whole should go up around 10% by then with many out-performers and some laggarts.
