Hi all:

I hope this is a dumb question.

Ever since I installed the new RT3 version, I have to manually remove the toolbar and status bar from the current view.

The tal.ini file seems to sayu they shoul be off, but every time I re-start Rt, there they are again.

ToolBar=N
StatusBar=N

Can anyone tell me how to stop these little helpers from reappearing contrary to my specific orders!!
