ALPINE, Utah, June 11 /PRNewswire/ -- William D. Moeller, president and chairman of Clifton Mining Company, (ASE: CFB), announced today that the company has named Ta M. Li as operations advisor. In this newly created position, Li will be responsible for initiating and directing metals production efforts, starting with Clifton's soon-to-be completed 200 ton/day processing mill. With well over two decades' experience in the mining industry, Li has served in a number of top-level executive roles, including president and chief executive officer of an international minerals exploration company, vice president of corporate development for mining consultants Behre Dolbear & Co., and chief operating officer of an international minerals consulting firm. In addition, he has authored over 50 technical publications dealing with mine development and operations, industry trends and commodity reviews. "As we initiate operations in the next several weeks, Ta represents a welcome addition to the Clifton team," said Moeller. With less than ten percent of the first 9 veins estimated, Clifton Mining's total proven and probable resources are calculated at nearly 444,000 tons.
