dell, gateway, hwp, ibm, cpq, aapl

are in a similar place as were sony, hitachi and some of the other nik love stocks in 89-90,

overbuilding based upon blue skies, then comes rain.

maybe dell will eat one or more of it's competitors, but the high margin pc growth markit is gone, everybody is loaded up with more technology than they need to get the job done.
