IFMX Thread - What does this mean for IFMX shareholders? $1 Bn divided by 280 M shares outstanding = $3.57. What am I missing? Why would this be a good deal for shareholders? Are shareholders paid cash by IBM for their shares? Yeah, there is value in the Ascential business after the DB business is spin off, but it has a annual revenue run rate of only $130Mn. Guru Gus
