Yes we are beginning to discover the wonders of the net.
Unfortunately it can't tell us where the gold is.

You're right about our gold resource at Tonopah. Alot of investors don't realize the extent of our resource or the potential of the district to produce more gold. Drilling so far this month has been encouraging but the proof will come in the assays.

We disagree with you about Voisey Bay. That property allowed us to raise over $1,000,000 last year. Monies that were spent on all of our properties. The Alliger Lake story isn't over yet either. We've still got lots of good untested targets in Labrador. Unfortunately there's not much promotional value left and it's a very expensive place to work.

As far as financing is concerned, we are in a slightly better position than Prism. Remember they still need to spend another $900,000 to earn a full 50% interest in our Hill of Gold deposit. We are fully financed through this year exploration program. We're not sure of Prism's present cash position.

We agree its going to be a great 1997/98. Don't forget about our company split we hope to complete by the end of this month. It should be a great deal for shareholders. More about that later.
