STAMFORD, Conn., April 24 (Reuters) - Intel Corp. (NASDAQ:INTC), the world's No. 1 chip maker, sold $200 million of three-year exchangeable notes in the 144a private placement market, said market sources on Tuesday. The zero-coupon notes, exchangeable into Samsung Electronics (KOREA:05930) shares, carried a conversion premium of approximately 10.14 percent above Tuesday's $167.90 equivalent closing price of Samsung shares on the Korea Stock Exchange. Lehman Brothers Inc. was the sole lead manager for the sale, the sources said.
