Hi Paul and GV, I'm curious why investors are not informed about the purchase price of a buyout? Maybe there is some good reason for not disclosing this, like minimizing comparison bid-ups. Completely unrelated to the above, you probably have heard about this already, reportedly, Cisco's VP Biz Dev raised $15MM in VC money from Cisco for his startup, in which he embezzled $10MM and received $5MM for himself. This does a great disservice to the hardworking startups and VCs out there. And I thought the dotcom stories were bad enough: public.wsj.com What we need is a good, hard, long recession to kick the bad out that's floated in lately. Regards, Amy J
