1Q01 Positive factors: Graphon collected licensing fees from Citrix (no amount stated). Sales grew 92%, i.e. compensation for the gap in 4Q00. A circa $800k increment in R&D drove incremental losses up to $2.1 million (+$1 million).

Questions to Walter:
i) What is driving the R&D cost center up like that?
ii) When do you project Graphon to break even? 2001?
iii) Any news from China?
