Check out today's press release from Immucell re: crypto diagnostic. This started out as a sideline business, but could generate several million dollars in revenues annually ( my est. increased operating profit of $.40/share annually). Detector columns are like a razor blade business; profits are in the reorders for disposable analytic parts. EPA report is quite an endorsement, especially since other tests are inaccurate and EPA is leaning on municipalities to do testing. If we have a drought, crypto becomes a major menace through surface water supplies. There were about 20 people attending the meeting. Two gentlemen, were investment bankers, who flew in from NYC specifically for the meeting. The company needs to get a p.r. person, since it has no sponsorship. You may have to be patient on this one. The stock has some technical drawbacks.I draw my conclusions from the 10K where ownership records are stated and have no real feel to where the recent selling is coming from. Someone sold a block right before the Memorial Day weekend. Another block was sold right before the annual meeting, as if to embarrass the company. There are too many small blocks lying around from the reverse split. This is not unusual in microcap stocks and will be cleaned up as soon as the stock achieves some sponsorship. They need help in getting a real market maker, someone who does analysis and can make a recommendation. As long as the company sticks to its business plan
