NEW YORK, April 25 (Reuters) - Telecommunications-gear

firm UBS Warburg cut its investment rating on several of the

Futures were still modestly lower as they were for most of
the morning, pointing to a weaker start for Wall Street.
Cisco Systems , the top maker of gear that helps
power the Internet, fell to $15.92 on the Instinet electronic
brokerage system from Tuesday's close of $16.26, after Warburg
cut its rating to hold from buy.
Nortel Networks , also downgraded, fell to $15.12
from its $15.52 close on Tuesday, and Juniper Networks
dropped to $53.50 from Tuesday's close of $57.
