Miller, you make some good points on how the company is (manufacturing profits) which I agree with. - otherwise the stock would be much higher.

My main point is gain or loss of 300,000 is relatively peanuts.

With all the dilution that will occur, (although earnings will catch up) these beginning stage gains or losses are relatively a penny or 2 per share.

I'm looking for some major gains like a million or 2 per year at least.

By the way, are you invested in MIOA?
