I honestly don't have a clue on non-tech's high degree counts. I can tell you that I don't think it's an impulsive formation down off the Sept. highs. Perhaps it's some kind of leading diagonal - which would make a run back up to the declining TL at SPX ~1300 a possibility. Swings back and forth between the TLs of a diagonal can seem impulsive.
