Here's some interesting information from that article that I believe could be important to note as investors:

InternetWeek: You're now located in Cambridge, Mass.
Do you expect to relocate to Provo, or do you expect to
relocate the company? How will that work?

Messman: The company is going to be a product-centric
organization in Utah and a services-centric organization in
Cambridge. We're now located in Cambridge, and I don't
think there's a big need for me to move. So it's not that big
a deal. We haven't decided that yet.

InternetWeek: So it'll be split into two divisions: the
traditional Novell and the traditional CTP?

Messman: It's going to be an integrated organization but
the people are going to be located primarily in those two
locations.

So Mr. Messman is staying in Cambridge MA (just like Mr. Schmidt stayed in San Jose CA) and will be traveling back & forth (presumably just like Mr. Schmidt did).

What remains to be seen is whether or not Provo becomes the R&D/Technology location of the "new Novell" and Cambridge becomes the Services/Sales location.....I'd feel much better if the top level management and the BOD were moving to Cambridge as well. Otherwise, I'm getting a "deja vous" feeling about this.
