Still, the fact that the US has a 500% higher murder rate is significant to those who do not have their head buried in the darker regions of the National Rifle Association's anatomy. It is a capital offense to own a firearm in Taiwan, yet they have a higher murder rate than we do. In South Africa, guns are strictly controlled, yet their murder rate is 10 times that of the US. You of course have an explanation, probably something as sincere as "the takeover of the Tories". I donated a little money to the NRA and feel I got my money's worth. When crime is done mainly by computer I wonder who we'll blame, the manufacturers, the designers, 50 to 1000, at that rate they will eventually pass us as their rates have been going up since 1981 and ours are going down. Imagine explaining that to a four year old.
