Bob, backweb uninstall info can.ibm.com general info coverage.cnet.com as this does not meet your situation I suggest checking your startup program list by running msconfig.exe. (Win9x) To do this in the start menu ,'run',type 'msconfig.exe' in the blank and then click the start-up tab. If you see backweb listed you can uncheck it to see if that solves your problem.
