Puck: You couldn't possibly believe that Nokia, Ericsson and Motorola are the three most powerful companies in the wireless world.

Just 3 with problems.

The press conference tomorrow is an attempt at a "spoiler".

The timing is to destroy if possible the news Qualcomm will create in its conference call.

Pitful, childish, and it won't work.

Again, for anyone who is a serious investor, Nokia might, just might, pull out of the nose dive ahead by working with rather than against Qualcomm.

But it seems hard to believe, but so, that Nokia management either fails to or pretends not to even recognize the obvious point that its WCDMA (UMTS) infrastructure contracts are inoperable without a new Qualcomm license to permit their commercial operation.

Sad, sad, sad.

Best.
