For those interested I found some information at the Edgar On-Line site.
Proteon/OpenRoute director L.J. Sevin bought 40 thousand shares of PTON in the last few weeks at prices ranging from 2.125 to 2.875. The SEC form was filed 06/10/97.

We have had little news recently on PTON and a lackluster trading range in the stock price this year but this filing has to be encouraging. Usually insider buying is a good sign. I have been in on one stock in my investing experience where this turned out to be meaningless but in general a company director buying stock in the open market is a good sign.
