Maxtor (MXTR) 8 +0.40: Reports Q1 earnings of $0.01 a share, in line with the First Call consensus of $0.01, vs year-ago earnings of
$0.23; revenues fell 8.7% to $630.82 mln from a year-ago of $691.29 mln. Revenue was $630.8 million, 8.7% below revenue of $691.3
million in the 2000 first quarter.

FairMarket (FAIM) 1.33 +0.03: Reports Q1 loss of $0.20 a share, $0.03 better than the First Call consensus of ($0.23). FAIM
reported revenue of $2.7 million, a decrease of 3.7% compared to revenue of $2.8 million, excluding non-recurring revenue, in the fourth
quarter of 2000 and an increase of 33.7% compared to revenue of $2.0 million in the first quarter of 2000. Says 2001 revenue is likely to
be in the range of 0 to 10% over 2000.

WellPoint Health (WLP) 94.15 +5.94: Reports Q1 earnings of $1.48 a share, $0.03 better than the First Call consensus of $1.45, vs
year-ago earnings of $1.23.Revenues of $2.62 billion were up 22%.
