Where are the gurus? I'm getting acquainted with Metastock 6.0 and pulled down the ADX indicators. With a 14 day setting (default) +DI is 35, - DI is 11, ADX is 24 and ADXR is 21. The crossover "buy signal" was on June 4th, for this setting (14 day). Metastock's on-line interpretation help is minimal and I don't have Wilder's book on the subject. Maybe if there is a "guru" out there he would like to tell us what those various adx numbers say about "an expected move above 26." All I get out of Metastock's brief explanation is that if the 14 day +DI and -DI are used, it was a "buy" on June 4th and is currently a "hold." v.
