Sandeep, The "microsoft has been found guilty of having committed crimes etc etc bandwagon" is not just some biased faction of public opinion. It's fact. Microsoft HAS been found guilt. Period. If the case gets remanded to Jackson or to some other judge, and a different verdict is handed down, then there will be some new facts. But people who observe that Microsoft has been found guilty are not on some conspiratorial "bandwagon." They're just observant. Dave
