I don't have the patent insight of either Mel or GRC, however, I sure think this is an encouraging development. Since, all of these defendants talk to each other, why would cybersource settle with only 7 working days left before the briefs are due, if those briefs have enough prior art to knock down all 51 claims in this patent? I would appreciate a comment from MEL,GRC or anyone else who has some insight.
