Guess I did a really bad thing then AS..shorting QCOM into earnings today and making a nice profit. Of course the fact it is 4.52% of the NDX compared to WCOM 1.6% must have been in play <G>. And WCOM 80 Million short out of a float of 2.83 Billion is no big deal. A number of Nasdaq stocks are 30 to 50% short these days, and have been for months, with no panic to cover; even after the rate cuts.
