You missed the point.

I bought a new Compaq PC last fall directly from Compaq. It cost less then a Dell with the same features at the time, plus I got a stock holder discount. I turned it on and haven't had problem one. Compaq sends software notices and down loads. It has a three year on site warrantee and a trade in deal after three years.

I've also made some good bucks on my CPQ trading shares and options. So what's your point?
