Zeev...INTC & CSCO are just symbolic right now, just keep them not turning red. In order to manipulate the index all you need to do is propping up GE (barely at the R) IBM (WS darling for the moment) MSFT (been dog for the last 2 years) MO (smoke never dies) XOM ($3.00 per gallon)and a little bit green in the consumers/retails sectors then you have the so-called broad rally. Automatically, the Nasty will follow helping by momentum traders which provide the occasion for Mr. MM to empty their bags (with shares that they accumulate at 1/2 price barely 10 day ago). Thank you very much and laugh all the way to the bank. Oh sorry, they own banks too.
