First, MOT got a $2 B bank line, and has some maneuverability. Second, maybe they're able to use their NXTV stock as collateral. But if MOT takes that risk, I would think they would want warrants or some upside besides interest. Maybe MOT looks at it for "cash flow" in the form of 50 or 100 basis points above their cost of money, maybe with an equity kicker.
