Sorry Clap, a longer term chart really wouldn't help here, as we were discussing REALLY small wiggles--and the only true reason I brought this up to AA was to see if he was looking at the move today (or small b) as an impulsive or corrective wave. Honestly, the count of such small timeframes doesn't mean as much as long as the larger road map still is in play, unless you are trading in the teeny timeframes. If you look at AA's chart, his little b of the bigger B, we were breaking down and determining if it was going to happen in a corrective abc or impulsive 12345 pattern. At the time of my post, I was under the impression the little b was impulsive (12345) and that the morning bounce was 1, dip 2, next bounce 3--and inside that 3(which was also impulsive) we were watching a 4 selloff occur. VERY small TimeFrame.
