I don't think those are critical to Intel's current .13µ process Well, the problem lies in lenses. No lens, no work - so to speak ;-) SVG said it had shipped some initial research / development models as early as 1999. Certainly, Intel has its share of those, but the problem for Intel may be ramping volume production of .13mu. Same could well apply for AMD, it's certainly one more uncertainty factor. -fyo
