I've got a suggestion for you. Send Red Herring a short note. Tell them that before they can "know who the next gorillas, godzillas, and kings will be," they better figure out first who the current ones are. It might make the task a little easier.

Of all the rags that would get it so wrong, I'm really disappointed that Red Herring did.

And I don't like Moore's reference to a new metaphor, the Gorilla fetus. Putting Gemstar and Qualcomm, for instance, in the same stage of development is really wacko in my mind.
