Dennis was asking how to play the end/beginning of the month 'window dressing' period. What are your thoughts on that? I'm guessing that they bid up the best performers over the past month or quarter to show them in their portfolios, but I haven't really tested that strategy.

Here's a tool that may help. It screens the best and worst industries for the past 1, 2, or 3 months:
