INTC's capital budget is based upon when they expect to take delivery and pay for the equipment, not when they sent the orders to SVGI or other Equipment makers. SVGI maintains 2 backlogs: the official one which calls for delivery within the next 12 months; and the unofficial one for orders with deliveries greater than 12 months out. INTC has been SVGI's prime customer. It's quite likely that the bulk of the orders in both "backlogs" are from INTC.
